Booking & Confirmation:
All yoga classes and workshops require prior booking. Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email with details of the session.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session.
For workshops, due to limited spaces, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to allow another participant to join.
No-shows or late cancellations will not be refunded.
Rescheduling:
You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the class or 48 hours workshop.
Special Note:
If you are unable to attend, feel free to share your spot with a friend. Please inform us in advance of any substitutions.
Booking & Confirmation:
Sessions must be booked in advance. Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email with the session details.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the session will not be charged.
Sessions canceled within less than 24 hours will be considered completed, and no refund will be issued.
You can reschedule a session up to 24 hours in advance without any penalty.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other clients.
Booking & Confirmation:
Masterclasses require prior registration. You will receive a confirmation email upon booking with all the necessary details.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will be eligible for a refund or credit toward a future masterclass.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the masterclass.
Special Note:
Recordings of the masterclass may be provided afterward for registered participants, depending on the event.
Payment & Duration:
Payment for plans must be made in advance. The plan duration begins on the start date of your first session.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Plans are non-refundable once the first session has been completed.
If you need to pause your plan due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us to discuss options.
Rescheduling Sessions within a Plan:
You may reschedule individual sessions within a plan as long as you provide 24 hours’ notice. Missed or late-canceled sessions will be counted as completed.
Expiration of Plans:
All sessions in a plan must be used within the agreed timeframe. Extensions may be granted at our discretion.
Payment & Renewal:
Memberships are billed monthly. You can cancel your membership at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Upgrades & Downgrades:
You may upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time. Changes will be reflected in the next billing cycle.
Cancellations:
Membership cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.
Access & Benefits:
Membership benefits, including access to events, exclusive content, and discounts, are only available while your membership is active.
Refunds:
Memberships are non-refundable. Once canceled, you will continue to have access until the end of the billing cycle.
